The Real Estate Search by City allows you to easily and digitally identify whether there are properties registered in the name of a specific individual (CPF) or legal entity (CNPJ) in a particular city. The search is conducted directly in the shared database of the Real Estate Registry Offices of the chosen state, bringing speed, security, and reliability to legal processes, negotiations, and due diligence.

Important: This search only covers records made from January 1, 1976 onwards . Records prior to that date (referred to as transcripts ) are not included in this service.

1. Necessary information:

   • Owner's name;

   • CPF or CNPJ number;

   • State and City;

   • List of registry offices in the city where the search will be conducted.

2. Research received:

   • The list of assets obtained through the Qualified Search will be delivered in digital format (PDF) , for informational purposes only and without legal validity . If the user wishes to obtain documents with legal value , such as updated property registrations or certificates , these can be requested separately through the platform itself.
